I can see that your organisation has an Autodesk account, but ArtCAM is not one of the products listed against your account. Your most recent academic license for ArtCAM Insignia 2015 R2 is set to expire on 31st December 2017. Your organisation's maintenance expiry date was 30th June 2016, so you were not migrated from Delcam to Autodesk only Delcam customers with an active maintenance agreement on 1st August 2016 were migrated to Autodesk. You might find this article in the Autodesk Knowledge Network useful. ArtCAM Insignia is not part of the Autodesk ArtCAM 2017 or Autodesk ArtCAM 2018 product ranges, and has been discontinued. The Autodesk ArtCAM 2017 product range was released in August 2016 and the Autodesk ArtCAM 2018 product range was released in April 2017.

Would very much like someone to get back to me to discuss the licensing changes before the next fix change in 223 days. Trying to find a customer support portal that specifically deals with ArtCam License issues is very difficult - though I'm sure it's out there. So far, nobody has contacted us regarding these changes and we're quite disappointed about the whole Delcam/AutoDesk licensing changeover. So far, we've had two fixes to extend our product license until AutoDesk can arrange to sort out how our license is going to change. We have ArtCAM Insignia 2015 R2, Build 813 and we'd like AutoDesk to contact us regarding our product information, please.
